Administration

The Administration Team is a very busy, efficient and close-knit team that deals with a very wide-range of administrative duties for the Company.

Our aim is to provide a very flexible & cost-conscious approach to our work & amongst the many tasks we pro-actively undertake is the:-

  • Total facilities management for all Jet2.com
  • Leeds-based office buildings
  • Reconciliation & agreement of all invoices relating to Inflight sales on flights to/from all of our European destinations

  • Reconciliation & checking of all Flight Deck & Cabin Crew monthly expenses and duty allowances payments

  • Management of all engineering crew-houses (located at each UK base)

  • Aviation Insurance for the whole of the Company’s fleet of aircraft

  • Procurement of all IT-related equipment, mobile phones, and associated peripherals

  • Administration of all Company Barclaycards

  • Administration of specialist Insurance cover for company Captains


Due to the fast-moving & ever-expanding nature of the Company no two days are the same, even within the Administration team. Numerous challenges are presented to us, and effectively managed, each and every day.
