The Rostering Team are responsible for the timely production of Pilot and Cabin Crew rosters ensuring that they comply with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations along with our own Company Guidelines. The process starts with Leave, followed by ground training, then line training and finally all remaining flights and days off, ensuring that there is also adequate standby allocation to try and cover any eventualities that the day to day operation might throw up thus protecting our flying programme. A good quality roster means happy crews and a good flowing operation.
